To ensure quality, all kringle orders go out 2nd day air on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for delivery before the weekend. Since every one of our kringles is made fresh by hand daily, all orders are shipped out the soonest shipping day available after your kringles are made. Please allow up to one week in order for us to make your kringles and send them fresh. All prices include 2nd day air shipping and handling to the continental United States. Overnight shipping is not available online, but you may call us for overnight shipping at 262-633-0365. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii require a modest surcharge so please call for current pricing. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses, or outside of the United States due to customs laws. If you are dissatisfied with your order upon receiving it, you may send the original product back to us for a full credit minus shipping charges. I had ordered kringles on Monday and wanted them to arrive on Wednesday for my daughter to have at her US Navy Graduation from AC/R School in San Diego. So I called to cancel my order because after I placed it the page told me to allow a week for my order. The person at Bendtsen's was so helpful and she told me that she would get those kringles out Monday so they had them their on Wednesday like I wanted; but they would be frosted. My daughter wouldn't know a kringle without frosting! Anyway, her class and her instructors and cheif's enjoyed the kringle which most of them had never seen or had.
